It's time to take care of you

December is a crazy time, arguably the most crazy month of the year. Taking time for you can feel impossible but, it's vital. In October I set myself the intention of focusing on myself, carving out time throughout the week just for me, and doing small tasks daily to be completely present in the moment. Journalling, meditation and yoga have been exceptionally good for my own wellbeing and I know that lots of you want to focus on these mindful tasks too.
So, here are 10 meditations for you to pick and choose from, take them when you need them. I have named each of them with the focus of the meditation, as it can be so powerful to meditate on specific things. For example, when life feels overwhelming, focus on Gratitude. Find small things to be grateful for every day.
